Dr. Vosooghi brings ten years of litigation experience in the Iranian courts, including the Supreme Court of Iran, spanning civil, commercial, and banking litigation, international trade law, and arbitration. He holds a PhD in International Financial Law from Shahid Beheshti University and served as legal advisor to Iran’s Centre for International Legal Affairs and Bank Melli Iran.
After immigrating to Canada, he earned his GPLLM from the University of Toronto, was called to the Ontario bar, and today practices civil litigation and immigration law — including representation before the Federal Court.
