Dr. Babak Vosooghi loves litigating for all the right reasons. He is a tenacious advocate for his clients and a strong believer in pursuing social and economic justice in the courts. He developed his advocacy skills through his ten years of practice in Iranian courts including the Supreme Court of Iran.

Dr. Vosooghi represented many of his clients in various civil, commercial, and banking litigations, and gained transferable knowledge and expertise from his years of experience. He also possesses hands on experience in international trade and business law, and has represented his clients in various international arbitration cases.

Dr. Vosooghi also prides himself for his passion to help those in desperate need of justice by taking pro bono cases and helping people for no fees.

Dr. Vosooghi’s legal career is not limited to litigation; his knowledge of international financial law as evidenced by his PhD degree from Shahid Beheshti University, invited new opportunities. He was appointed as legal advisor in Centre for International Legal Affairs (CILA) the legal arm of the Office of the President of Iran. He also served as “International Legal Advisor” to Bank Melli of Iran, the largest financial conglomerate in the Middle East.

Upon his arrival to Canada, Dr. Vosooghi was determined to continue his successful legal career. He obtained his GPLLM from University of Toronto, got called to the bar, and resumed his legal career.

Dr. Vosooghi is actively involved in civil litigation and immigration law. He has helped several immigrants with their files and prides himself of his comprehensive knowledge in different aspects of immigration law. He has also represented several client at the Federal Court of Canada in their immigration files

Bahareh Mofazali is a dedicated professional with a passion for the legal field. She embarked on her academic journey at Azad University, where she pursued her studies in law. Throughout her educational pursuits, she demonstrated a strong commitment to learning and an unwavering drive to succeed.

After completing her legal education, Bahareh ventured into the corporate world and found her place as the office manager at Vosooghi Law Professional Corporation. In her role, she brings a wealth of knowledge and organizational expertise, ensuring the smooth functioning of the law firm and providing invaluable support to the legal team.

With her keen attention to details, she possesses a natural talent for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining a harmonious work environment. Her colleagues admire her professionalism and dedication, making her a respected figure within the organization.

Beyond her professional life, Bahareh enjoys engaging in community service and volunteering activities, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact on society. She believes in the power of law to bring about meaningful change and strives to contribute to a just and equitable world. In her free time, Bahareh enjoys reading books on various subjects, exploring new cultures through travel, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Neda Karshenas, a truly dedicated RCIC, is an authorized immigration consultant in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants in Canada. With a strong academic background, Neda holds Ph.D. in TEFL along with a couple of paper publications in ELT.

Before taking this role at Vosooghi Law Professional Corporation, she was the sole founder/CEO of her language institutes in Iran for over 15 years of experience in ELT lesson planning and management. By implementing a few of her proven techniques, Neda would help candidates who previously scored low to become high achievers in proficiency exams, particularly IELTS, academic and general modules, to target the required academic achievement either for university admissions or immigration purposes.

Neda’s academic background along with her professionalism in ELT made her a strong foundation blending her knowledge with Canadian Immigration Law to pursue her new venue of studies in immigration career upon her arrival in Canada. She obtained her CIP from Anderson College of Health, Business & Technology, and she was called for EPE and obtained her RCIC certification.

The areas of Canadian immigration where Neda shines are both temporary and permanent categories, including visitor, study, work, and all family sponsorship types.

These qualifications along with a strong passion to learn new skills, tasks and responsibilities, and legal search capabilities keep Neda updated on Canadian immigration law and ultimately made her a great asset for Vosooghi Law Professional Corporation.

Ehsan Barakzai is a diligent and motivated individual currently pursuing his studies as a paralegal student at Seneca College. With a strong academic foundation, Ehsan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, which has equipped him with a unique skill set blending technology and law.

Having already spent over two years in the legal industry, Ehsan possesses a wealth of practical experience that sets him apart. Throughout his professional journey, he has been actively involved in various legal matters, gaining invaluable insights and honing his expertise.

One area where Ehsan truly shines is his comprehensive knowledge of refugee law. His passion for human rights and immigration issues has driven him to specialize in this complex and important field. Ehsan strongly opposes any form of discrimination or prejudice towards refugees and strives to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for them where equal rights and opportunities are guaranteed.
