Dr. Vosooghi also prides himself for his passion to help those in desperate need of justice by taking pro bono cases and helping people for no fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Vosooghi\u2019s legal career is not limited to litigation; his knowledge of international financial law as evidenced by his PhD degree from Shahid Beheshti University, invited new opportunities. He was appointed as legal advisor in Centre for International Legal Affairs (CILA) the legal arm of the Office of the President of Iran. He also served as \u201cInternational Legal Advisor\u201d to Bank Melli of Iran, the largest financial conglomerate in the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon his arrival to Canada, Dr. Vosooghi was determined to continue his successful legal career. He obtained his GPLLM from University of Toronto, got called to the bar, and resumed his legal career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Vosooghi is actively involved in civil litigation and immigration law. He has helped several immigrants with their files and prides himself of his comprehensive knowledge in different aspects of immigration law. He has also represented several client at the Federal Court of Canada in their immigration files<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Neda Karshenas, a truly dedicated RCIC, is an authorized immigration consultant in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants in Canada. With a strong academic background, Neda holds Ph.D. in TEFL along with a couple of paper publications in ELT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before taking this role at Vosooghi Law Professional Corporation, she was the sole founder\/CEO of her language institutes in Iran for over 15 years of experience in ELT lesson planning and management. By implementing a few of her proven techniques, Neda would help candidates who previously scored low to become high achievers in proficiency exams, particularly IELTS, academic and general modules, to target the required academic achievement either for university admissions or immigration purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neda\u2019s academic background along with her professionalism in ELT made her a strong foundation blending her knowledge with Canadian Immigration Law to pursue her new venue of studies in immigration career upon her arrival in Canada.
